Did this on Photoshop CS3.
Probably work on other programs as well.

Not yet, but there's nothing much to it except work on 300 dpi, on 1 px brush and with a tablet (pen pressure is important!)

Wow, this helped understand colored line art. The way I have been doing was hue & saturation. This makes way mor snese to me. ^^
